BOPLAN® present as safety partner at the Elfstedenronde

On Sunday, June 6, the peloton drove through Bruges to sprint for victory in the Elfstedenronde after some 193km of racing. The cycling race has existed since 1943, but was given a new lease of life in 2017.

To make the race as safe as possible, the organization made use of BOPLAN® RACE TOTEMS and BOPLAN® RACE BUMPERS. Some 70 products were deployed all over the course in order to ensure that the riders could fight for victory as safely as possible. After a thrilling sprint Tim Merlier crossed the finish line first.
