Safety partner BOPLAN®present at BK time trial in Ingelmunster

On Wednesday 17 June, the annual Belgian Time Trial Championships will be held in Ingelmunster, West Flanders. In order to provide the riders with optimum protection during their 37-kilometre time trial, BOPLAN® is called upon.

On the course are:

• 40 RACE BUMPERs that act as a resilient buffer between rider and obstacle (traffic poles, light posts, trees, etc.) along the road.
• 6 RACE TOTEMs made of impact-absorbing polymer.  These "super-powered signalling devices" warn riders of potential hazards such as traffic islands and road blocks.
• 40 RACE BARRIERs, specially designed to secure the finish area and dangerous spots on the course.
